Shipping and Costs: The customer bears the shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. For orders within promotions or free delivery, the customer bears the return costs. It is recommended to use a shipping company with tracking services.

Usage. Products that have been installed or modified. Cookware and all its components (if used or if any food or liquids are placed in it, or if any food or beverage odor is detected).
