🔄 Return & Exchange Policy – Al Kuwaiti Al Awal

The company complies with Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and its executive regulations.

1️⃣ Returns

Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Return the product in its original packaging with all accessories.

Return Period:

  • Consumers can request a return within 14 calendar days from the order date.

Return Steps:

  • Contact customer service via email or WhatsApp.
  • Provide order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
  • After approval, return instructions will be provided.
Shipping & Costs:
  • Customer bears shipping costs unless the product is defective.
  • Orders with promotions or free delivery incur return shipping costs by the customer.
  • It is recommended to use a courier with tracking service.

🚫 Non-returnable Products

  • Gift cards.
  • Opened or used products.
  • Final sale and discounted items.
  • Personal care products.
  • Underwear and swimwear.
  • Perishable consumer goods.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Products that have been installed or modified.
  • Cookware items, if used or containing any food or liquid, or if any food smell appears.
  • Perfumes and cosmetics, if opened or used.

2️⃣ Refunds

  • Products are inspected upon receipt.
  • Upon approval, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days.
  • Partial refunds may be applied if the product is not in its original condition.
In case of delayed refunds, please contact your bank or card company, then reach out to us directly.

3️⃣ Exchanges (Kuwait only)

  • Exchanges are allowed only if there is a defect or damage.
  • If you wish to exchange a product for another reason (e.g., color or size difference), a 1 KWD exchange fee applies.
