Shipping and Costs: The customer bears the shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. For orders within promotions or free delivery, the customer bears the return costs. It is recommended to use a shipping company with tracking services.
🚫 Non-Returnable Products: Gift cards. Opened or used products. Final offers and special discounts. Personal care products. Underwear and swimwear. Perishable goods. Products damaged due to misuse. Usage. Products that have been installed or modified. Cookware and all its components (if used or if any food or liquids are placed in it, or if any food or beverage odor is detected).
