Return Steps: Contact customer service via email or WhatsApp. Send the order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return. After approval, you will be provided with return instructions. Shipping and Costs: The customer bears the shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. For orders within promotions or free delivery, the customer bears the return costs. It is recommended to use a shipping company with tracking services.
