Return Period: The consumer has the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of the order. Return Steps: Contact customer service via email or WhatsApp. Send the order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return. After approval, you will be provided with return instructions. Shipping and Costs: The customer bears the shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. For orders within promotions or free delivery, the customer bears the return costs. It is recommended to use a shipping company with tracking services.
🚫 Non-Returnable Products: Gift cards. Opened or used products. Final offers and special discounts. Personal care products. Underwear and swimwear. Perishable goods. Products damaged due to misuse. Usage. Products that have been installed or modified. Cookware and all its components (if used or if any food or liquids are placed in it, or if any food or beverage odor is detected). Perfumes and cosmetics (if the package has been opened or the product has been used).
2️⃣ Refunds: The product will be inspected upon receipt. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. A partial refund may be issued if the product is not in its original condition. If the refund is delayed, please contact your bank or card company, then contact us directly.
3️⃣ Exchange (within Kuwait only): Exchanges are only available in case of defects or damage.
