Usage. Products that have been installed or modified. Cookware and all its components (if used or if any food or liquids are placed in it, or if any food or beverage odor is detected). Perfumes and cosmetics (if the package has been opened or the product has been used).
2️⃣ Refunds: The product will be inspected upon receipt. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. A partial refund may be issued if the product is not in its original condition. If the refund is delayed, please contact your bank or card company, then contact us directly.
3️⃣ Exchange (within Kuwait only): Exchanges are only available in case of defects or damage.
